„We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back ...

„Home was old, nice in size with plenty of space. Many of the amenities didnt work as advertized. Shades on bedrooms wore broken. Things were not taken care of in a timely fasion, and some things were never taken care of.I would not recommend this property“

„The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. But the Hot water was luck/warm the entire 4 days. A list of things already deficient in the house would have been helpful. Indicating how the light switch works and labeling them to what they turn on. microwave did not work, the liquid dish detergent dispenser is broken, the arm chair in the living room ...

„Our research team spent 3 nights here and it was absolutely perfect. Enough space and the house had a great layout so people weren't on top of each other. The kitchen and living spaces were also large enough for our big group to convene together. It was also really nice to have the back deck and outdoor spaces for our breaks. Everything was super clean and easy to use. There was a little power outage on the 1st day but we were able to get in touch with Nick very quickly and he was so helpful ...

„We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It was perfect for a large group going to a football game at Penn State. This is a really special place where every detail has been thought out and beautifully designed. Every bed in the bunkroom has it's own light and outlet. Towels are plentiful and there are 6 full bathrooms! We easily were able to stream content on the TVs and through the speakers. The firepit was so nice to hang around too. It was lovely that we were able to take a quick walk ...

„Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies ...

„The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. “
