This delightful 72 m2 studio offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. The property is close to the mountains and you can go hiking with breathtaking views.

Designed with open-plan living, sleeping, and kitchen areas, the studio features a cosy sitting space with a sofa bed where guests can unwind and watch TV after a day of exploring. The property can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, with sleeping arrangements including a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living area.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a microwave, and a cooking plate.

The bedroom is upstairs, but it is not separated by a door at the end of the staircase. It is modernly decorated and includes a double bed.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a sofa bed which is not listed as it can only be used by one child.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Palmela, is just a 2-minute walk.

Palmela train station is a 7-minute drive away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
