The condo offers two primary bedrooms both with ceiling fans, sliding glass doors, Juliette balconies, King size beds, 65” TV’s and desks for writing or working remote. High-quality linen and pillows in both bedrooms make sure you get a good night’s sleep.

BATHROOMS
State of the art Grohe bathrooms with each having glass shower, quartz countertops and double sinks that are sparkling clean and offer all the conveniences of home.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with new appliances for your meal preparation pleasure. But First... Coffee! If you love coffee this is your place! We have several ways to make a great cup- Nespresso traditional, Nespresso Vertuo Line, Drip Coffee pot that has built in bean grinder, a pour over coffee system and a Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker, with Dishwasher Safe Milk Frother & Shot Capability! You’ll find a Ninja Double air fryer, cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare gourmet dinners, light snacks, cook or bake, and dine together. This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
