„An event nearby and needed a comfortable place to stay. “

„The location was great, walking distance to downtown Nashville shops and restaurants. Place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host had some water and soda in the fridge, breakfast snacks, muffins in basket, coffee and hot chocolate. Was nice and relaxing watching the birds feeding in the little garden in the morning and evening. The countertop ice maker was an awesome feature. Met host James and he was very nice and friendly! I would recomend this place to anyone. “

„Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops. “

„We had a very nice time at this cottage! My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and there were a lot of extra special touches. We felt safe and sound. Jeramie was kind enough to call me with suggestions on what to do in the area. I definitely appreciated that. Thank you “

„We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!“

„This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay.“

„Such a wonderful, peaceful and well balanced home. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. The kids loved the 2nd floor all to themselves. The house had everything you need and then some. Very clean and cozy. Close to everything in Cincinnati. The communication for check in was a breeze. We will definitely looks for this home first, the next time we visit Cincinnati. “

„We really enjoyed our stay. We had planned a family picnic on Saturday at Brown County Park but it was canceled. We decided we’d still visit and glad we did. The house had plenty of room and we had the back and front yard to walk our dogs around. The location is great, especially if you plan to visit the shops. It has everything we needed. We would definately rent it again. “

„More house than necessary for just the 2 of us, but it worked out great. A very comfortable space and cleanliness standard was outstanding. We took advantage of the fine quality hot tub one evening. The home had everything we needed, including excellent A/C. Convenient to all of the Nashville shops and restaurants.“

„3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to ...

„Great location! Very cute house - well-appointed & clean. Would definitely stay. My only suggestions would be to fix the few cabinets with broken doors in the kitchen and maybe a few smaller blankets for getting cozy on the couch.“

„Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.“

„Phil was great at communicating and responding. The Victorian home was as described. You got the modern conveniences with the Victorian vibe all in one. Clean and plenty of amenities and extra blankets which I was grateful for. While it was secluded in the back, I would have liked blinds or shutters on the big bay windows for privacy where the kids were on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise it’s was perfect!“

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
