Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. Das Zimmer (oder besser die Suite) mit großem Bett, einem Erker in dem ein Chaiselongue steht davon abgeteilt ein Wohnzimmer mit Sessel. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und getrennter Badewanne. „The food was outstanding! Love the back porch. The lock needs to be tightened up. The A/C was not on and the ceiling fan would not flow towards the bed even after adjusting it. It was just a minor inconvenience. The whole house was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely add this location to our list!“

„This was the first time we stayed here. I booked this for our anniversary. wanted it to be memorable, some alone time and we could not have ever expected how amazing our weekend turned out, a time we will never forget. From the outstanding decorations in our room, the court yard, the gas fire place, the small pond with a water fall sound added so much, out side we connected our phone to the speakers outside to play some music, had some wine slow danced, inside whirlpool for 2 with wine, candle ...

„Property was picturesque. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Much appreciated the no smoking, no pets. Hosts were warm and friendly. Made you feel at home and welcome. We were upgraded to a cozy cabin that was clean and modern, with beautiful views. Loved our visits at breakfeast with Carol & Doug and other guests. Will plan another future visit.“

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
