„Not the greatest stay. We got there and one of our guests tried washing a shirt in the washer, and a putrid smell started up in the kitchen and seeped into the living room. The kitchen sink clogged as well which may have been the source of the smell. We unclogged it with a plunger and some bugs and debris came out. Was trying to fan out the kitchen and the door handle comes right off the door. A/c wasn’t the best, but all single room units. Also hard to reach the host, as they didn’t respond to ...

„Location was a little farther from the stadium than I thought. Right by 275 so a little noisy for light sleepers. All in all it’s a nice place. “

„The house is lovely. There is a great little coffee shop down the street. Our family enjoyed the pool after daily outings. It’s a small cozy living/kitchen space.“

„The house is clean, comfortable and as pictured . The outside was showing some signs of wear, and we had a few repair requests. Property manager responded quickly and sent someone out right away to address our concerns.The neighborhood itself was quiet. There was a bit of road noise, but provided convenient access to all the ball parks in the Tampa area we were there to visit. We really enjoyed the arcade games!Overall good experience and much better value than staying in a hotel.“

„Just as described, comfortable and shared backyard space. We were there 4 days and met some nice people. The only issue I would warn of is being covered in pet hair from the sofa so we took the blanket and covered the couch issue solved. Also beware they put a 400 hold on your listed card and I didn’t see that anywhere in the booking. “

„Overall, this property was average.Upon entrance, you are met with a musty "old" smell- but I assume this was normal as the home was much older.The navy couch is very worn with pilling and the yellow couch was broken on the back. The outdoor sectional is worn with sun exposure. The floors in the home were clear of small debris (dirt) but they were not mopped and it showed on the bottom of our feet as they were black at the end of each day. The toilet in the hall bathroom was very hard to flush- ...

„The host always responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The home was better than the photos. Spotless inside and out. The back yard is an amazing oasis. Only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Restaurants are also in walking distance. It was just my husband and I, but this home is perfect for a larger group or family. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely on my repeat list when we are back in town. “
