We use a smart lock that will generate you a personal access code for the duration of your stay. We will send you your code a few days prior to your check in date and will also send you a reminder on the day of check in :)

Please keep windows closed and keep the thermostat between 65-70 degrees. Because of the radiant floor heating, thermostat changes will be gradual and temps will take hours to adjust.
Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.
***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

No Smoking indoors (to include the garage). Receptacles for cigarette butts are provided outdoors.
Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Pet Policy:
-Well behaved dogs are welcome
- Please keep your dog on a leash when outside
- Pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in the outside trash can
- Please do not leave your dog unattended, either crate them or take them with you when you leave.
- Please keep dogs off the furniture
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $100
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $250
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $500
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $200
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $150
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
