Summary: Welcome to Seaside Breeze at Seafarer, located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Our very large fully furnished 2BR/2BA spacious open floor plan is Direct Ocean Front with private balcony access from the living room. This condo is PERFECT for spending time with the whole family.
The Space: Seafarer was built in 1981 and is a 3 story building with multiple staircases for convenient access.. Seaside Breeze is a 2BR/2BA DIRECT OCEANFRONT Condo located on the 2nd FLOOR (There are NO ELEVATORS on the premises) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS!! Our unit Seaside Breeze has been upgraded with many changes to improve your stay.
BED & BATH
The Master Suite has an Oceanfront Bedroom View, a Queen size bed, two nightstands, lamps dresser, chair, closet, Smart TV mounted on the wall with cable access, ceiling fan and a NEWLY UPDATED FULL SIZE en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, dresser, one nightstand table underneath the Flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable access, ceiling fan, chair. The second bathroom is located in the hallway.
LIVING AREA
The living room has a sofa with queen sleeper, two sitting chairs, coffee table, end tables, 45" flat screen TV with cable access. The living room is open to the dining area as well as private access to the oceanfront balcony. With new flooring in the living area.
We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your added convenience along with FREE High Speed WIFI Internet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen has been upgraded with marble counter tops. Our fully-equipped kitchen is appointed with all appliances, an abundance of cabinets and counter space, everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate 4 guests and our breakfast bar will accommodate 4 guests as well. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee or enjoy your afternoons with a glass of wine over looking the beautiful oceanfront views, sunrise or stunning sunsets on your 2nd Floor private oceanfront balcony that has private access from the living area. Complete with balcony furniture
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access: - Full access to the Condo and Resort
- Keypad Entry - for convenient self check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- 2 Parking Spaces are ALLOWED. You will have 2 parking passes in the room on your arrival. These parking passes will need to be displayed in your cars while at Seafarer and then placed back in the condo on departure. There is a $25.00 charge for missing parking passes.
- There are "NO ELEVATORS ON PREMISES" - NO MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED on premises - NO TRAILERS ALLOWED on premises
The Neighborhood: This Oceanfront condo is just steps away from the Ocean and very close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Here are some of our suggestions: Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Myrtle Beach Tanger Outlets, Joe's Bar & Grill, Hamburger Joes, Greg Norman Australian Grille, Olive Garden, Long Horn Steakhouse and lots of other restaurants. I will be happy to give you any suggestions just let me know what you are looking for.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.
- NO Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
PARKING: - 2 Parking Spaces area allowed - You will find the 2 Parking Passes in the condo. They must be displayed in your vehicle's front window for the duration of your trip and then returned to the condo upon departure.
- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED!! - No MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS or RV'S PERMITTED!!
*****YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
