„Die gezeigten Bilder gehören längst der Vergangenheit an. Die Zimmer sind in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand. Man mag nichts anfassen, weil alles dreckig oder kaputt ist. Es wurde nur oberflächig geputzt. Das einzig positive ist die mega kurze Lage zum Strand.“

„We picked this location bc it’s about 15 mins from Miami Life, 7 mins from Midtown, and 20 mins from south beach !! I’ve stayed in much nicer areas but when I tell you the neighbors were friendly. They helped us with EVERYTHING we needed! I am prior military and I’m a stickler for cleanliness….. I’ll book again just bc of cleanliness alone! „Had 8 guys (not related, so no bed sharing) and there was plenty of room. Outdoor areas were great for lounging and hanging out, and the property was clean. Parking was easy and communication with property manager was great!“
