We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying. I would recommend this house to an group looking to stay near Vegas, but not on the strip. “
