Vibrant Riverfront 2BD w/ a Pool

Welcome to our vibrantly themed riverfront apartment. Your group will love the proximity to Broadway &everything that downtown has to offer! You are walkable to downtown & Germantown's unique bars &restaurants.
In our unit you can sit and enjoy the river view from the balcony or relax on a warm day at the pool.
Our unit has 2 private bedrooms and 2 baths along with the following sleeping arrangements.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed and a twin size air mattress
Bedroom 2 (2) Double beds
Living area - Pull out sofa and both yellow chairs fold down to lay flat, sleeping one each.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
