This expansive five-story residence in Nashville is meticulously designed for luxury, entertainment, and relaxation. The first floor features a private queen bunk bedroom with an en suite bathroom and secure keyless entry. The second floor serves as an exclusive entertainment hub, boasting a custom movie theater and karaoke lounge. On the third floor, you will find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with a coffee bar, a formal dining area, and a private queen bedroom with its own bathroom. The fourth floor houses a spacious king bedroom with a private en suite, alongside a fourth bedroom featuring two queen beds and a dedicated vanity station for group preparations. The crowning jewel is the fifth-floor rooftop terrace, which offers panoramic views of the Nashville skyline, a built-in dance floor, a Blackstone grill, a rooftop bar, and a fire table for evening gatherings.
