The Space:
This Hyve stunner, is built for entertaining, relaxing, and soaking up the city. Inside, you’ll find an expansive open-concept living area with high ceilings, a designer seating setup, and a modern kitchen anchored by a large island—ideal for coffee mornings, catered dinners, and pre-Broadway meetups.

The headline feature is the outdoor space: a miraculous 1,000 sq ft private wraparound balcony that truly functions as an outdoor living room. Sleeping is spread across four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a layout that works exceptionally well for groups. Downstairs includes a king suite with a twin daybed, its own bathroom, and direct balcony access, along with two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed. Upstairs, the loft offers an additional queen bedroom with a twin daybed and its own bathroom—perfect for guests who want extra privacy and a little separation from the main level.

Uber & Lyft are readily available at this location and only $7-15! We recommend catching a ride at nighttime for the safest mode of transportation in the city!

Parking: Free secured parking garage located on the upper level for guests & owners (20-30 spaces, first come/first served). If the upper level parking garage is full, guests will need to wait on a space to come available or pay to park in the lower parking garage. In addition, there is an on-site paid public parking garage on the lower level if upper level parking garage is full. Free street parking (first come/first served), as well. EV is available in both garages for an additional fee.
