„My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here, it was just perfect! Bob and Cynthia went above and beyond providing treats for us including fresh bread, wine, fruit, coffee, soda and waters among other things. The place is lovely and very private from the whole house. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful. We will definitely be back if we make it to La Onda fest another year. Thank you Bob and Cynthia for sharing your house with us. “

„We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is perfect and everything in downtown Napa is walkable. There is a bit of road noise at night, but the location is so great it didn’t bother us too much. The yard space is beautiful and so picturesque, it was a great place to relax. The front porch was also a great morning coffee spot. It was also nice having a driveway to park in. „Overall great location, great common areas and beds! Disappointing with the hot tub maintenance, as it was not working when we were getting ready to use it. Our main reason for booking this location. (Water not clean or hot. We asked for it to be looked at but they unable to fix during our stay. “

„My husband, myself and 4 of our friends stayed here for BottleRock weekend and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and space, common areas were perfect. It was technically walkable to the venue, but we usually did a Lyft or a pedicab. But very walkable to the store, hikes and baby goats!!!! 10/10 Recommend!“

„Wonderful historic home located a short 15 minute walk to downtown Napa. Bedrooms are very comfortable as is the main living area where the kitchen, dining table and living room areas are all together. Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Back yard is private with nice seating arrangement with back deck and side/front porch. Will definitely stay again.“

„Best location near Fuller park and a 15 minute walk to town. The house is larger than expected! We loved the fireplace in the living room, the backyard is lovely and my husband loved working in the cottage. The second bath is small, if you are using all three bedrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large grill! Great house! “

„The house was clean and located in nice, peaceful neighborhood. We came in for the Bottlerock weekend and found it to be easy to get to and back to the festival. The three bedroom, two bath was perfect for four adults over 50. We found the living, kitchen area comfortable and spacious. All appliances were working well and easy to use. Beds were super comfortable and sheets and blankets kept us warm. The water pressure could be better in the master bedroom shower and temperature in the showers ...

„The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. “
