Entspannen Sie sich in diesem wunderschönen Urlaubsdomizil am historischen Black River. Eine 20-minütige Fahrt auf dem Highway 701 North, ca. 8 Meilen nördlich der Stadt Georgetown, SC 29440. Komplett eingerichtete 3 Schlafzimmer, darunter ein Hauptschlafzimmer. Zwei Vollbäder, voll ausgestattete Küche, große Familienküche, zwei Esstische, Waschmaschine / Trockner. Flussmole mit angrenzender Bootsrampe. Große überdachte Terrasse am Flussufer. Ebenfalls erhältlich sind ein Einzelsitz- und ein Doppelsitz-Kajak.
Ca. 40 Minuten Bootsfahrt von der historischen Innenstadt von Georgetown und der Promenade entfernt, auf der Sie einkaufen, zu Abend essen und die Festivals genießen können. Das Hotel liegt 13 km von der Stadt Georgetown, 27 km von Pawleys Island, 48 km von Myrtle Beach und 99 km von Charleston, SC entfernt. Toller Wochenendurlaub oder längerer Urlaubsaufenthalt. Great friends trip

We really enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Black River. This home lends itself to relaxing with comfortable seating and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the Wooden Boat Festival on Saturday in nearby Georgetown. This was a return trip from two years ago. Wonderful owners. Super clean. Loved it 100%

Awesome view

We enjoyed our stay with the beautiful view of the Black River, and it's only a 30-minute drive to Pawleys Island. This place is worth the money spent.

Lowcountry Boating adventure with family.

Awesome rental!

The house met and/or exceeded our expectations in every way based on the property description and prior reviews. Tony was available to answer questions but left us to enjoy the house and our stay in the Georgetown area. The house was very well equipped with all the normal amenities plus extra towels, blankets, etc., first aid supplies, hair dryers, gas and charcoal grills, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, etc. that you don't always find in rentals. The only thing that we noticed that could be improved was the water flow in the showers. I literally stood under the spray thinking "How long is it going to take to get my hair wet enough to apply the shampoo?" But the bottom line is that we would recommend this rental to anyone and will certainly use it again for our next Georgetown rental.

Always a GREAT Experience!

This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. Tony and Debbie are outstanding hosts and the property is clean and well maintained. That's just the beginning! Morning coffee on the dock, sunsets from the deck overlooking the Black River, grilling steaks on the porch and such a quiet, relaxing environment. All of this within 20 minutes of historic Georgetown! This is truly a slice of heaven on the Black River, book it you will not regret it.

Fun at the retreat

We had a wonderful time at Tony and Debbie’s place, everything was super clean, the handwritten welcome note was kind, the property was easy to find and plenty of parking, the furniture was comfy, there were nice big towels not the thin tiny hotel type towel, but my favorite thing was access to put the boat in at the kind neighbors and the awesome deck overlooking the river!

You don't want to miss this experience

I could tell you how it felt to have a clean, spacious all inclusive, affordable vacation with family. I could tell you how it felt to sit on back lighted patio or the who family eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the black River. I could tell you how wonderful it was to fish on your own private Pier day and night whatever your pleasure is and actually watch the kids be overjoyed at actually catching fish But as I said this is a wonderful lifetime experience you don't want to miss or experience for yourself. Words could not describe it.

Great weekend at the Black River Retreat.

Perfect place for us to spend a long weekend. We brought our boat and the convenience of the boat ramp was a huge plus. Enjoyable ride to Georgetown and it was nice that they have public docks so we could easily get out for lunch and to explore the town. Would recommend off times to be sure there is a spot though. House was exactly as advertised. We spent the majority of the weekend on the dock and porch. Tony was always happy and quick to answer questions. We’ll be back!
