„I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning! ...

„The front desk lady was friendly, and the food was good for breakfast. The hotel overall was nice, the beds comfortable and the room clean. The two negatives were that the pool area was extremely hot. It was hard to sit and watch the kids play since the temps in that room are as hot as a sauna. Also, during our two night stay, I tried to get coffee 4 times and the coffee carafes were either empty or cold, the hazelnut creamer container was empty, and the half and half cup container was never ...

Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower.“
