Take in breathtaking long-range mountain views, unforgettable sunsets, and the peaceful beauty of the surrounding forest from this beautifully updated three-story cabin located in a private gated community with fully paved roads.



Designed for gathering and relaxing, Hoot Owl now features an incredible expanded outdoor living space, including a spacious wrap-around deck with covered outdoor dining, a cozy outdoor living room complete with a fireplace and TV, a gas fire pit, gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and a brand-new six-person hot tub tucked away on its own private lower deck. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, grilling dinner with family, or soaking under the stars, every outdoor space was designed to help you slow down and enjoy the mountains.



Step inside the main level, where a wall of windows frames breathtaking mountain views from sunrise to sunset. The inviting living room features plush seating around a beautiful stone gas fireplace (October-April) and a Smart TV with Fire TV (guest login required), making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking, shopping, or exploring Blue Ridge.



The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a crockpot, food processor, hand mixer, basic seasonings, a Keurig with complimentary K-Cups, and a traditional drip coffee maker with filters provided. Whether you're cooking a holiday meal or a quick breakfast before heading out, you'll have everything you need.



The main-level queen bedroom offers comfortable accommodations and is near a full bath. Upstairs, the private king suite serves as your own mountain sanctuary, featuring a sitting area, a dedicated workspace, a Smart TV with Fire TV, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and sweeping mountain views.



The lower level is designed for fun and connection with foosball, air hockey, a brand-new classic arcade machine loaded with Pac-Man and dozens of other favorite games, board games, another Smart TV with Fire TV, and a cozy gas-log fireplace.



Step outside to the newly expanded lower outdoor space featuring rocking chairs, a porch swing, a bar-height table, and easy access to the private six-person hot tub deck. The perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains.

Guests have access to the entire home, hot tub, game room, and all outdoor amenities. Parking is available for 3 vehicles. No RVs, boats, or trailers permitted.

This property is located in a paved, gated mountain community known for its peace and quiet. While the road is steep in sections, any standard vehicle can access it easily thanks to full paving. The community is quiet but not isolated, with both short-term and full-time residents enjoying the beautiful views and proximity to Blue Ridge, GA.
