In einer Wohngegend auf einem privaten Grundstück, das professionell angelegt und gepflegt ist. An das Eigenheim angrenzend, mit eigenem Eingang und ohne angrenzende Wände. Geräumig (ca. 1200 m²) mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer, allen Geräten einschließlich Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Holzböden, Teppichboden und Gewölbedecken mit Deckenventilatoren im Hauptschlafzimmer und im 2. Schlafzimmer. Drei Oberlichter. Holzkamin. Vorderdeck mit Blick auf das bewaldete Tal, private Terrasse im Hintergrund inmitten angelegter Terrassen, Redwood und Obstbäumen. Parken abseits der Straße. Radeln Sie von der Auffahrt zu den Wanderwegen auf dem Berg. Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Sausalito. Einfacher Zugang zur Autobahn nach San Francisco ... nur 7 Minuten bis zur Golden Gate Bridge!

Wunderbare Location naheSan Francisco

Haben dort als Familie eine Woche verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist top und die Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Eine Top-Empfehlung, wenn man die Gegend u: San Francisco erkunden möchte.

Nice place, very clean, great location

Our family of four (all adults) used this spot as our central home base while doing excursions into SF, Sausalito, Napa and Sonoma. Perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen, livingroom, bedrooms, and bathroom with washer and dryer. Tucked up on a hillside, so it has a beautiful view out over the surrounding area. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, highway, etc. but still sits back in a residential neighborhood where it was quiet. We’d definitely book it again if traveling to that area!

Great location

Close to Mt. Tam and Muir Woods hiking trails and a quick drive from San Francisco. The house was bright and clean. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The owner was quick to resolve the issue we had with the WiFi. We loved the back garden!

Oasis among the trees

What a beautiful oasis just outside the city. Nestled among the trees of Mill Valley, easy access to San Francisco, Sausalito and Muir Woods. It was the perfect getaway for our family of four.

Beautiful Cottage in a Fantastic Setting

Very comfortable and homey. Convenient to Bay Area. Quiet, woodsy setting. Beautiful rose garden in back and nice landscaping overall. Owner was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again. One thing to improve upon would be that it could have been cleaner.

Great base for exploring Marin and Bay Area

This property is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen and laundry amenities. The location is excellent for exploring Mill Valley, the Marin Headlands, Mt Tam, and Sausalito. It also provides easy accessibility to San Francisco, but is a much more relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended.

The Most Convenient Location Ever!!!

This house is a perfect home base for any San Francisco area vacation! Muir Woods, Downtown San Fran, The Golden Gate Bridge, and pretty much everything in the Bay Area are only a short drive away. There are roughly 12,000 great places to eat (you have to go to Joe’s Tacos) within 10 minutes. Book this property now!!!

Retreat in Homestead Valley

I had a very relaxing time staying at Julie’s cottage. Everything was as described and it was more beautiful (views of Mt. Tam, a private backyard garden) than I anticipated. I spent half the week working from the cottage and the other half biking, walking, and stand-up paddle boarding. It’s very close to several tasty restaurants and Sausalito, and I cooked many meals from the cottage kitchen. Julie was a good communicator and addressed a few questions I had and things that came up. I highly recommend this for a couple, a few friends, a small family or a solo retreat!

Perfect Stay!

This property was immaculate and the location was beautiful. The property is built on a large hill so every window has a view...from trees/mountains off the front deck to a private well tended garden in the back. The location is a quick drive into San Francisco, and minutes from Sausalito & Muir Woods National Park and downtown Mill Valley has a fun vibe with outdoor music and dining. This home was a great place to come back to and relax in after a day of exploring. Our family loved it. The hosts were great and I'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Marin

Lovely location with a spacious, comfy living space. We were able to work from this rental with no problems; the WiFi was fast and reliable and the area very peaceful. There were a few things missing when we checked in, but Julie was very responsive and made things right quickly. The view from the kitchen and front balcony is wonderful - especially to watch sunrises and sunsets. The back yard is a zen space to sit out in.

Almost paradise in Mill Valley!

Our overall experience was great and Julie was very available. Just a couple things- due the property location a few things should be noted on the listing. A steep driveway and two flights of steps for those who might find it challenging. Also the carpet could be cleaner and the shower curtain given more attention. Loved the back garden with the terraced rose bushes!

Perfect for a staycation / remote work getaway

We stayed here while our house was under remodel and it was perfect for our family of three. The owner was very accommodating in helping us get the perfect set up for remote working and distance-learning. She made sure we were on the right Wi-Fi and even brought us an extra table and chair. We were able to walk from here to get coffee at a Equator Coffee, and we even walked to downtown Mill Valley. It has all the conveniences you will need such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and cable TV. And it’s quiet and tranquil.

Wonderful Mill Valley Cottage

This was a super cozy stay, wonderful space and perfect location in Mill Valley. The host family were very warm and always available when communication was needed. The 2 bedrooms and open layout of the living room provided everything needed to feel right at home! Best part were the delicious apples right off the tree in the backyard! We would definitely stay again in the future.
