Not the luxurious as stated!

Showers had no water pressure, the walls all need repainted with minor repairs with some much higher quality paint , the paint was very cheap, marked up, dirty looking, brought down the luxurious to an 1 out of 10. Elevators terrible we waited over 40 minutes to even get on a working elevator. Check in took over 2 hours. Overcharged, outrageous tips put on my credit card after I left extremely large cash tips. No return call from management. Parking put several dents in my rental car. Karla the owner is extremely nice, but its way overpriced, We could have stayed beachfront in an extremely nice place without all the extra fee and direct access to the beach, shopping, entertainment and great restaurants for 6 to 8 weeks for what it ended up costing me to spend 5 nights in the mediocre place we did. Not worth it unless you enjoy throwing thousands of dollars out your window repeatedly without stopping. Go elsewhere

Nice ocean view

The view from the condo is stunning. We had a lovely ocean view and could also look out over the city from the 29th floor. The elevator experience was hit or miss depending on the time of day. Plan on waiting for a while if you need to go anywhere around check in or check out time. Overall the property was as advertised and met the needs of two couples.

Gorgeous unit, plenty of space, awesome beds, great balcony, everything you need but hair conditioner. Shower pressure in both slow, one we could get hot and one we could not. Pool great, always found a chair and had full sun all day, beach was nice but you have to walk down a little bit to use the coupons you get for chairs. And no beach food bar service. Not walkable to anything so we had to Uber. On-site restaurant was good and service was some what attentive. BIG CON : elevators. 3 working for 40 floors. Wait time was LONG. We ended up walking down 20 flights to get to the pool on 9th floor. instead of wasting time for them. Oh and it was fun when the fire alarm went off and we had to run down 29 stairs and up for a false alarm. But what are you going to do, I got my steps in. Overall fun time. 45 minutes to South Beach.

The apartment was very nice but our air conditioning was not working. It was 80 degrees in the apartment. The resort would not do anything because we did not rent it through them. I messaged and called the person in charge of my rental and never heard anything from them. I had also messaged about the Wi-Fi password as soon as we checked in and did not receive a response on that either. The beach was super busy and the free beach chairs that we got were down the beach a little ways instead of right in front of the property. We did enjoy the views from the balcony, especially at night.

Apartment itself is amazing! But there are downfalls

The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean and very nice. The downfalls were : There isn’t anything to do near the complex. Driving is a must to get anything. The pool closed WAY too early (7:30/8pm) and everyone was getting rudely kicked out. The window in the master bath is see thru from the outside, so the people across the way in the other complex can see right in the shower at night. Weird! Valet parking is not valet : it’s $28 a day to park! We were not happy with that extra $100 expense. The hot tub was broken for 2 of the 3 days we were there. The beach chair service for the beach was down the beach instead of being easy access right in front of where you enter, that was weird too. We didn’t love this part of FL as we thought we would be able to walk to several different places to eat or night life and there just wasn’t any of that even close.

Unreal views!

Pictures were accurate but nothing could have prepared me for the view! Incredible!! We spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony before walking down to the beach. On that note, if you are staying here with more than two people, I recommend bringing extra beach towels as you only receive one umbrella, two towels, and two beach chairs per room.

Fantastic views!

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 day weekend escaping the cold of Ohio in March! The condo itself was spacious, clean & comfortable with large balconies overlooking both the city & the ocean. The beach was great and it was nice that chairs & an umbrella were included with our stay. The boardwalk was just a couple miles down the road and although we had to Uber to get there, we were happy to not be staying where the noisy crowds were. Overall, everything was very nice.! The only complaints we have are that the front desk check-in, check-out process was painful because they do not have good signage for where to go & because they do not let you check in early, there is a crowd of people at check in time. Most the time you have to wait in line for the elevator and the traffic noise was a little louder than I expected being on the 29th floor. Overall I would give this property 5 stars though.

The condo and view were great. The elevator situation was terrible. 4 elevators for 40 floors is ridiculous. The clientele that stayed there was interesting, we witnessed 3 fights there. Had our kids with us so def not ideal for kids. The valet company smoked weed in our rental, very unprofessional. Would be ok for adults but not recommended for kids.

Top notch property with incredible views

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bedding and beds are very nice. The views are incredible in every direction! The restaurant in the building is very good- especially Sunday brunch! Best of all, you get sun all day on the patio :)

Confort et tranquillité

Nous avons adoré le Hyde. Les lits sont très confortables, la vue est magnifique, la piscine est belle et la nourriture au restaurant est bonne. Le seul enjeu au niveau de la propreté était qu’il y avait des mains étampées sur les fenêtres du salon. Sinon, tout était très propre.

Great Stay During COVID

Very nice two bedroom condo in resort-like complex. Private beach club had plenty of spacing but “non-owners’ section” was a bit of a walk with very hot sand. Pool was great. Lots of distancing. No crowds. Restaurant on-site was excellent and had large outdoor seating area. No reason to go anywhere else. Close UBER ride from airport. You should also check for pricing and availability directly from same resort property though.

Great property, would recommend!!

We loved the condo! Clean and very sunny and bright! Sat on the deck constantly. Enjoyed the city view as much as the ocean which surprised me. Took Uber everywhere and worked great. Was a little disappointed in the beach. Was loaded with sea weed and debris. The staff at the Hyde was very friendly and helpful. Waited a few times excessively for an elevator but it was very busy there and was no big deal! We had a great stay!!!

Beach vacation

The property was very nice. It was right on the beach and conveniently located close to restaurants and activities. The room was Clean and well maintained. The on line reviews for the elevators, while fairly accurate, were not as much of an inconvenience as reviews would lead you to believe. At peak times of check in and check out , there was a wait but less so at off peak times.
