Ferienwohnungen Mersea Island

„Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island. “

„We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!“

„Beautiful location. Pity we were only there fir one night“

„Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. “

„Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay ...

„Clean, fresh and in a nice quite area“

„A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.“

„This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the cottage and always enjoy our stay.. the owners of the property are welcoming and friendly.. always offer clean towels.. leave a nice welcome pack“

„The property was exactly as described and came with a lot more extras than expected such as cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper a clothesline in the back and seasoning if we wanted to cook and stay in. The host was exceptional in communication and when we had a small issue he came out to the house to assist within a few minutes. Bishal is a great host and I would definitely stay at this property again.“

„Sadly we found the traffic noise quite intrusive.“

„Der Auffenthalt war o.k. für eine Übernachtung“
