Sea La Vie is a refined contemporary apartment located within the exclusive “Le Arcate” estate. Laid out entirely on one level, the property offers a seamless living experience infused with natural light and timeless charm.

The main living area is both welcoming and functional, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. This space opens directly onto a private balcony, inviting the outdoors in and offering a delightful spot to enjoy breakfast or evening relaxation.

To the left of the living area is the first double bedroom, well appointed and serene, with its own en-suite bathroom and peaceful views over the countryside. To the right, the second double bedroom showcases a minimalist yet tasteful décor. Tall windows flood the room with sunlight and open directly onto a balcony where guests can unwind while admiring breathtaking vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and the rolling hills beyond.

Outdoors
The apartment is part of a private and secure compound where a picturesque pathway leads to a communal swimming pool reserved for residents. This tranquil oasis is ideal for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun, particularly from mid-May to mid-October when the pool is open.

Private parking is available on site. Please note that the access road is narrow and best suited to small or medium-sized vehicles. The apartment’s location within a gated compound ensures both privacy and a sense of exclusivity, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet away from the bustle of everyday life.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the town of Torca, Le Arcate Sea La Vie offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Amalfi Coast. Guests can explore the nearby shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located just a short distance away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 17 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 11 kilometers to the northwest.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.  Check-out time is 10 am.  Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
