Willkommen im Clubhaus im Trestle Building! Ein historisches Gebäude mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lower Harbour in der Innenstadt von Marquette. Sie erreichen alles, was die Innenstadt von Marquette zu bieten hat, einschließlich Ellwood Mattson Park, Restaurants, Bars, Radwege, Strand, Breakwall usw. Diese Wohnung ist eine Treppe über den Rosewood Walkway und öffnet sich zu einem großzügigen Wohnraum mit vier Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, einer Gästetoilette und einer erstklassigen Kochküche. Neun Personen können hier bequem übernachten, mit einem King-Zimmer, zwei Queen-Zimmern, einem vollen Bett und einem Schlafraum, in dem bequem drei Personen schlafen können (volle Matratze im unteren Bett, zwei im oberen Stock). Wir haben natürlich WLAN, Kabel, einen Gasherd mit sechs Brennern zum Kochen und eine Terrasse, um draußen zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Es gibt keine Parkplätze vor Ort (Sie könnten einen Platz auf der Straße finden und wir bieten zwei Parkausweise im Baraga Lot nur einen Block von der Wohnung entfernt!). What a gem! Rented this to have a home base for family during NMU 20205 graduation. Home is exactly how it felt, the hosts take pride in the space and it shows. Very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the attention to detail. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location, close to lots of great places - however the space is so nice you may not feel like leaving. We enjoyed cooking together and family time in the great kitchen and open space.

Spent 2 nights in Marquette for our son’s graduation! Location was prime and the Clubhouse was definitely the most accommodating and enjoyable experience we’ve had since visiting Marquette over the last 3 years. Beautiful condo and the view is like out of a PAINTING! Highly recommended!

The unit had everything we needed for six adults and three kids under 5 years old. Spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and bright when we arrived, a welcome sight after six hours on the road. We highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Penthouse for our niece’s wedding. It is very well appointed and online pictures perfectly depicted the quality and care of the unit. Communications from owners were frequent and detailed. Location is fabulous with walking access to all the shops and dinning options downtown Marquette has to offer. If you find yourself needing a place to stay in Marquette, I would highly recommend.

I don’t want to lose this hidden gem but it’s truly the best rental in Marquette. Its absolutely stunning and the host was amazing. No notes. Would highly recommend. It’s right downtown right above the wine shop. I’m telling you if you’re browsing thinking about it just do it. I will only ever rent this place from now on.

We love Marquette and decided that for this trip, we would try to find someplace in town to stay. The Clubhouse was the perfect location. Downtown with the view of the harbor and ore dock from a nice sized deck. And Oredock Brewing and the Vierling just steps away! Beautiful condo with a large family space due to the open concept. It’s just as represented in the photos, clean and bright. Very comfortable beds and nice sized baths. The kitchen is very well equipped, my sister needed an electric mixer for a dip, and she found one! Melissa, Ryan and Leanne were on top of everything, they are superb hosts. We have already reserved again for a family trip next summer.

We have stayed at this property three times now, and it is still in the most perfect, impeccable condition as the first time we stayed five years ago! The owners are amazing and readily available if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone! Super quick walk to anywhere downtown. We really enjoyed this amazing condo in the heart of downtown. We were able to easily enjoy all the fun aspects of being in town while enjoying the paved trail along the lakeshore. This was a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Marquette with a large group of people. The price is steep, but you do not feel cheated. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the living area was a great place to spend time together or watch a football game. Plus the location is about as good as you can find in Marquette--just blocks from basically anything. As for small things to be aware, the process of finding and getting to the rental can be annoying. It's difficult to unload when there are cars parked on the street. The road noise can be loud in the front bedrooms. Heating and cooling was somewhat uneven between the bedrooms (perhaps expected in an old building). And asking guests to take shoes off to prevent Covid-19 is no longer believable in 2023 (when snow, slush, and ice are all the reason anyone should need). Overall, these are small niggles that should not deter anyone, especially those with a larger group, from renting this place. It has to be one of the better places to rent in Marquette!

This property has everything you could ask for. I hesitate to keep going because we want to be able to keep booking it. We already tried for another stay but they were booked. It is well appointed and well situated. We love the location. Walking distance to food, shops and the university.

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for our recent family vacation in Marquette. View of the water! Spacious bedrooms & baths. Great open kitchen & living area. The extra touches like the welcome bowl of goodies, umbrellas at the entry door, coffee and basic supplies were perfect. The location puts you in the heart of downtown and Lakeshore Drive so walking everywhere was fun & convenient. Loved the MQT decor and how beautiful every single room was. Can't wait to make another trip back in the future.
