„A beautiful period coaching inn with wonderful views. The staff were amazing, friendly & dedicated to ensuring our stay was pleasurable. For the elderly it is worth mentioning that there is no lift, which makes access to the upper floors somewhat challenging. We found the diner menu somewhat limited & unvarying, but this did not detract from our overall experience sufficiently to completely mar our stay. This is the only reason we cannot give te hotel an overall 5 star rating.“

„I have tried to contact you several times...the host informed me that they asked you to remove their property from your site several times...this was after i booked it...i then had to book thru a different site,so basically paid twice...i would like a full refund from yourselves...its completely unacceptable that you cant be contacted about this... absolutely disgusted with your site and service and i would recommend that nobody uses your site for any trips!!!“

„We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday for my partners birthday and last little break away before our little boy is due! The most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever been too, very much needed. The owners & staff couldn’t of be nicer, so welcoming and friendly. The dome was unreal and the bed was unbelievably comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! The weather was cloudy for most of our stay but it didn’t matter, we still managed to have a BBQ which was great! Amazing views ...

„Booked a week in December and our adult daughter joined us. The cottage was well equiped for us, very cosy & warm, comfortable beds, curtains & blinds at the bedroom windows. Large TV & DVD player. Powerful shower over the bath. There is a patio with furniture, if the weather is kind. A long drive leads to private parking. It is quite isolated, but peaceful and tranquil with lovely views. In the lounge are 2 x 2 seater settees, which would be quite 'snug' if there were 4 adults.“

„The house has everything a holiday home needs. There was nothing we were missing. Check in, check out, the stay, everything was perfect. The landlady is very friendly and also provided us with an app that gave us all the information about the holiday home and the surrounding area on our smartphone. That was very useful. We really enjoyed it.“

„Pinecone lodge is furnished/decorated to a very high standard. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday - plus so much more. So much thought and attention to detail makes your stay so relaxing and peaceful. Cannot fault the host or the accommodation at all.“
