Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Neoclassical buildings, upscale boutiques, and the closeby lively Chueca make this area the perfect place for a stay in Madrid. With its spacious layout, stylish design, and coastal-inspired decor, Melito offers a perfect retreat within the city.

Spanning across 100 square meters, Melito provides ample space and comfort. The apartment features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, both equipped with queen-size beds. Each bedroom offers a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In addition to the bedrooms, Melito boasts an ensuite office space that includes a dedicated workstation and a comfortable lounging area. The two well-appointed bathrooms, with one of them being an ensuite bathroom, feature modern fixtures and amenities, providing convenience and comfort during your stay.

The open plan living room seamlessly blends with the fully furnished kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting communal area. The living room is designed with a dining table where you can enjoy meals or gather for socializing. You'll also find an entertainment system for your leisure and relaxation. The fully furnished kitchen is not only equipped with modern appliances but also features a sitting area, providing a cozy spot for casual meals or morning coffee. Prepare delicious meals and indulge in culinary delights during your stay.

Sea greens, sandy tones, and light wooden details bring the beach theme to life. To create the cool sea breeze, Melito is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
