You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.
Check-in is self-service for your convenience – we use a smart lockbox (Keysafe) at the building, so late arrivals are no problem.
★ We’ll send you the access code and a step-by-step check-in guide (with photos) a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm or later, and checkout by 11:00 am.
★ Early Check-In/Late Checkout: If you’re arriving early or departing late, let us know – we try our best to accommodate when possible. If we can’t adjust times, we’re happy to advise on luggage storage options nearby (there’s a LuggageHero location 5 minutes away).
★ For early check-ins before 4pm or late checkouts after 11am that we can arrange, an hourly fee may apply (to cover our cleaning team scheduling), but from 3pm onward on arrival day we often can let you drop bags or even enter if cleaning is done – free of charge when feasible. Communication is key – we’ll make it work if we can!
★ You’ll find two sets of keys (one in keysafe & one inside the flat) for your use. Please return one set to the lockbox at checkout for the next guests. The other stays in the flat.
★ ACCESSIBILITY: The flat is on the 1st floor (US 2nd). Few steps lead from the pavement to the front door and then 2 flight of wide and low rise steps to the flat.
★ SERVICE ANIMALS - If you are travelling with a service dog, especially if it is a larger size or shedding, please do let us know as we have to provide extra cleaning to prevent allergic reaction from future guest. Thank you for your understanding.

★ PUBLIC TRANSPORT★
GREEN PARK tube station is a 5min walk away - Jubilee and Piccadilly Line - Zone 1.
Cheapest way to travel by tube is using OYSTER CARD, either by topping up or buying a day travel card. Get it from the 1st tube station you come to as you leave the airport. Please make sure that you claim your deposit back when you return it upon leaving.
★PARKING★:
IMPORTANT - MAYFAIR is in a ULEZ zone (24/7/365) and Congestion Charge zone 7 days a week except Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Parking is very expensive and there are only few pay & display bays, which are like musical chairs. Overall we do not recommend to travel here by car. You don't need it and it will cost you a fortune, not to mention an unnecessary stress.
CONTROLLED PARKING HOURS ARE:
Monday-Saturday 8:30AM-6:30PM
Sunday parking is free and you can park on single yellow lines outside of controlled hours, for free.
Do not ever park on residents only bays. Your car will be towed away before you sneeze.
There is a NCP car park outside the zone on Park Lane, but it is not cheap.

Walk to Stansted Airport Rail Station and take Greater Anglia train to Tottenham Hale - Journey time: 33 min

Alternatively: Take Stansted Express to Liverpool Str, change for Central Line to Oxford Circus, change for Victoria line to Green Park.
