Very close from Lille, in a quiet and secure area, you will be 5-mn walk from Euratechnologies, the largest incubator in Northern France, near Quai de l'Ouest (renovated neighborhood) and the new Marina. The advantages of the city without the disadvantages.

The apartment overlooks the common garden of the residence : no noise from passing cars. It is also well soundproof. A real haven of peace !

Regarding the beds, a double bed in the bedroom and also one baby travel cot available on request.
