" I am a regular visitor. This is a place where you can trusts the staff, get a quiet room (backside) and eat a nice pho for breakfast. Prices are quite reasonable and I will visit them next time in Hanoi."

"Mein Aufenthalt im The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die dringend einer Verbesserung bedürfen. Das Hotel ist eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders auffällig war dies im Wellnessbereich, der stark renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Sauna und andere Einrichtungen wirkten nicht nur alt, sondern wiesen auch einen erheblichen Schimmelbefall auf – ein absolutes No-Go für einen Bereich, der der Entspannung dienen soll. Das Frühstück war hauptsächlich auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet, was an sich kein Problem ist, aber es fehlten nahezu alle typischen vietnamesischen oder internationalen Optionen. Wer sich auf ein Frühstück mit lokaler Note gefreut hat, wird hier enttäuscht. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde der Aufzug ausgetauscht, sodass der Zugang zum Zimmer nur über den Personaleingang möglich war. Das war zwar ungewohnt, aber nicht weiter schlimm, da das Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel mit einer umfassenden Renovierung und einer besseren Frühstücksauswahl deutlich mehr bieten. Momentan jedoch hinterlässt es einen eher enttäuschenden Eindruck. "

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Leider hat zum Beispiel das warme Wasser in der Badewanne nur für eine Füllung von ca 35 % gereicht Die Preise im Restaurant sind hoch Leider war der Service obwohl nur ganz wenig Gästen da waren nichz g gut Wir hatten das golden Steak. Meine Glaz Frau bekam die zusätzlich bestellten Pommes frites erst beim Nachtisch Keinerlei Entschuldigung und berechnet wurden sie trotzdem Der Service ist war zwar bemüht aber Sprachkenntnisse sind oft schlecht "

"Das Hotel ist eine Ruheoase in einer verrückten Stadt. Das Hotel ist super sauber. Das Restaurant und vorallem das Frühstück ist herausragend. Alles wird frisch gemacht. Wir haben am Ende nur noch hier gegessen weil es super sauber, das Personal so freundlich war und das Essen sehr lecker war. Der Pool ist das einzige Manko: das Wasser war nicht so klar und durch den Smog von Hanoi hat man wenig Lust den Pool draußen zu nutzen. Aber für den Smog kann das Hotel nichts. Ein tolles Hotel. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer buchen wenn man nach Hanoi geht, den man braucht in dieser Stadt eine saubere schöne Oase der Ruhe. "

"We only stayed there for one night as we wanted to use the hotel as a stopover on our way from Halong Bay to Phu Quoc Island and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is wonderfully located between Train Street and the Old Quarter. The staff were super nice, the food in the Olivine restaurant was a dream and our room was very nice! We can only recommend the hotel and regret that we could only spend one day there."

"The Whole stay was wonderful, Khanh (Bee) & Hoa (Mollie) from the Reception were so Kind with their Support they offered us in Terms of Food recommendations and how they Treated us from the First second to name a few, it was one of the most precious stays we had. Location: The Hotel is super well Located near Hoan Kiem lake (maybe 8 min from the hotel), a Convenience store right in front of the Hotel and next to it a TP bank ATM (no fees charged) what makes it super practical for everything around your stay. Food/Breakfast: the Breakfast/Food was super nice, from more local to western styled food you can find a lot. If you have food allergies feel free to communicate this with the Staff, they take everything seriously (they made Gluten free bread as one of us have celiac disease) and try to make happen everything in their Power. Housekeeping: the Housekeeping staff is super well and extremely kind, our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were contacted via WhatsApp in case they had requests about something or while we had don’t disturb signs on, what felt very practical as it’s more chill than ringing the doorbell. Additionally they repaired for us a Trouser were we had an open seam free of charge within minutes. Staff: overall the Whole Staff is ultra Kind (Everyone), it’s almost heartbreaking that we’re leaving so early as it felt very much like a Family, with so much kindness they made our Stay memorable and unforgettable.
