"My son, his Fiance and I all stayed at this hotel for several nights while in Hanoi in fact I also returned for 2 nights before going back to the United States. I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to help us with tours, and anything else we bugged them about which was often. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms and hotel were spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for a very memorable time in your beautiful Country."

"Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war in einer kleinen Seitenstraße inmitten der Altstadt gelegen. Abends sehr ruhig. Man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Nur zum Frühstück mußten wir in ein anderes Hotel, war aber nicht schlimm, es war eine Straße weiter um die Ecke gelegen."

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – sie haben uns sogar bis zum Auto begleitet, um uns sicher durch den dichten Verkehr zu bringen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre herzlich und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und wurde täglich gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage im Herzen des Old Quarter: Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und die Stadt lässt sich wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Hanoi hautnah erleben möchten!"

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très aimable, attentif et toujours disponible. L'hôtel est bien situé et les infrastructures sont au top. Chambre agréable, très propre et excellente literie ! Le petit déjeuner buffet est très savoureux et tout est mis en oeuvre pour que le client soit bien servi. Les produits sont très frais et excellents !!! Nous avons aussi pris des repas le soir au restaurant et tout a été impeccable tant au niveau du service que des plats proposés. Le personnel est vraiment très à l'écoute et respectueux, nous les remercions pour ce superbe séjour !"

"Hotel in guter Lage, Empfang beim Check in sehr gut, Tee und ein Gebäck mit feuchten Handtüchern erhalten. Beim Check Out noch ein kleines Geschenk erhalten. Personal wirklich klasse. Frühstück für jeden was dabei, Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. Rooftop Bar sehr schön. Getränke Preise dort etwas höher. Zimmer klein aber okay. Wir hatten ein Mini Fenster. Am besten geschlossen halten wegen Strassenlärm. Ein wirklich netter Aufenthalt zu Beginn unserer Reise"

"We only booked two nights at the Solaria Hotel but the experience was just wonderful. The whole hotel staff is just so friendly and helpful. The service was one of the best we have ever experienced. Also the breakfast was just delicious and with a large selection. The location is also great just located in the old quarter and you can reach many cafes and restaurants by foot. We can definitely recommend the Solaria Hotel."
