„We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully laid out house. The pool, the location and the layout of the rooms are really great! To get to a 5 star rating, however, the house needs in one or the other place a repair and basic cleaning (stairs to the pool wobbles, pictures and walls partially yellowed, in one or the other place wobbles or missing something). „I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing. “

„Home was perfect for our trip. Kids and adults loved the pool. I was worried about it not being heated cause I don’t like cold water, but the pool temp was perfect! Close to shopping, activities and public beaches. Highly recommend! “

„This property was absolutely heavenly. House has top quality finishes and appliances. Within a gated community, we felt safe at all times. It was quiet and private, without the hectic traffic of “downtown” Kona. Perfect for our group (1 married couple, and two single friends). We’d love to stay here again. “

„As previously stated, the layout is interesting. But the view and location are stunning. The kids loved the private pool. Comfortable beds and space for all 9 of us. Had a bit of an ant problem to start the trip that somehow got into sealed bagels, so take the signs about leaving food out seriously. „Family of 10 was just right for this property, everyone had a bed including the pull-out couch. Enjoyed the sunsets everyday, lots of room on the balcony with a solar LED umbrella and BBQ. Some dirty pots on arrival and towels were pretty musty, corrected with cleaning, no big deal.Sliding balcony/patio doors need some maintenance as well as some windows but manageable. Parking was great for two vehicles, road in front is pretty steep but normal for the area. Would stay again for sure. “

We especially enjoyed coffee each morning while sitting out on the front porch watching birds, geckos and the occasional neighborhood cat play amongst the plumeria and hibiscus. The yard is small but faces a private, gated drive and there is there is ample patio furniture. “

„The house was close to the airport (a plus since we had early flights out), near the beaches and the downtown area, and about a half-hour drive to resort golf courses. It was clean and had a spacious, open floor plan for gathering. We had ample room for meal prep, serving, and eating at the roomy counter with barstools.
