„It was perfect for what we needed during our short trip for a family function about 15 minutes away.“

„Property is amazing. Great location and amazing neighborhood. While convenient to everything, it is outside of the crazy business of the kona tourist area. Lots of snacks upon arrival with well equipped kitchen. Great beds to sleep on and a television in all rooms. Very easy to communicate with the owner as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again Thank you Charlotte for a great experience.“

„Beautiful home!“

„We celebrated my daughter and son in law's wedding. There were 15 of us ages ranging from 6yrs to 65. The place was very clean and Emmy checked in with us to ensure all of our needs we met. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach and other places. We were able to capture some great pictures with the landscape. We were able to have a late check out making our stay not so rushed when it was time to leave. The hostess' overall resting was way above a 5 from the beginning of ...

„Absolutely perfect. This is without question the best possible combination of location, cleanliness, quality accommodation and outstanding service by the proprietors. The ocean is just steps away, the loudest noise is the ocean, yet attractions are easily reached. We will definitely return if we can.“

„This place was perfect, I was close to a wedding at the Outrigger without the Outrigger price! This was much more spacious than illustrated in photos, great space and ideal layout! The property was relaxing and quiet, and I loved the pool and balcony! Had to watch out for a few lizard friends trying to break in :). No issues, and great communication and recommendations from Stan! It would be a pleasure to stay here again!“

„I have to say I was a little worried about staying here reading some of the posts. The lady at the gate was super nice and welcoming. The host was super friendly and the check in was a breeze. Now onto the house! The view and layout of the house was amazing. The kids loved the pool and fish ponds. The master bed toilet is a little funky and doesn’t work perfect but still worked. I guess the downside to the house is once your in it you really don’t want to go to the beaches haha “

„This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so ...

„We stayed on this property for 2 weeks, the unit was top notch, very clean and stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The property was beautiful, tropical oasis! The hosts Karen and Tim were very gracious and great to visit with. Their guest hosts Jeannette and John were also great interesting people! I would recommend this property to anyone.“

„Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!“

„We had a wonderful stay. We had 6 adults and 2 kids for our stay. There was plenty of space for us. The home was clean and stocked with many extras to help with those items we forgot to pack Properly manager Mele was very efficient and quick to respond to any of our concerns. We ran out of propane one morning but it was filled by noon. Needed suggestions for dinner or favorite beaches, Mele was there. I was concerned originally about not having air conditioning but turned out it was not needed. ...

„This house is super spacious, plenty of room for our group of 14, and it felt like a luxury resort with all the upgrades. The pool definitely got a lot of use and how glorious to watch the sunrise while paddle boarding. There is so much to do on this property from tennis to volleyball to snorkeling etc. You name it, they have provided it. As with any vacation rental, a couple of little things popped up during our stay. A tripped breaker on the electrical panel and a plumbing hiccup; but Andy ...

"Das Hotel punktet mit einer wirklich großen Poolanlage, einem praktischen Mini Market direkt im Haus und einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Ozean – besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft. Leider gab es aber auch einige Enttäuschungen: Die Eismaschine auf unserem Stockwerk war außer Betrieb, Kofferservice wird nicht angeboten, und trotz inkludiertem Frühstück erhielten wir immer wieder Belege, die wir reklamieren mussten. Das Personal wirkte oftmals gleichgültig, Wünsche wurden ignoriert. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendessenangebot waren eher durchschnittlich und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft mit schöner Lage und guter Poolanlage, aber beim Service und der Gastronomie besteht definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ressort genossen - die Pools, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die Lage, das Speise- und Getränkeangebot haben uns überzeugt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Zustand der Apartments - es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche. Allerdings sind sie bereits etwas abgewohnt. Deutlich wurde dies bspw. an gebrochenen Fliesen. Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen und dort auch länger als 4 Tage verbringen. "
