Hosts are exceptionally kind and interesting people, don’t miss a chance to chat with them a bit. I stayed at six places on my trip and this was definitely my favorite. Location is great too for walking into Kona town or getting to most other places n the island.“

„My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family unit included myself, my husband, 17 yo stepson and a 4 month old infant. It was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to town and the water and a nice space for when our infant needed some home time. „It was really great to stay there. The condo has all required things and has a beautiful garden. Your own small paradise in the paradise. We also liked the fruits out of the garden, we were allowed to pick and which got provided to us at the welcome. And it is located a little outside of the life and traffic of the Ali'i, so it is silent and a good place to relax. I would recommend it always to friends and would always book it again. Thanks for the great stay!!!“

„Ein wirklich schönes Apartment. Sehr netter Vermieter. Als ich verspätet und im Dunkeln anreiste, ist er gekommen und hat mir beim „einfinden“ geholfen. Es waren herzliche Sachen zum geben und nehmen da, welche mir eine Unterstützung waren. Die Lage ist prima, der Ali‘i Drive führt zu allen Gegenden, der Strand ist über die Straße und am Morgen begrüßen einen die Vögel und am Abend die Geckos. Vielen Dank🐬“

„If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!“

„David‘s appartment is in a really good neighborhood and near to the beach and has a lot of possibilties of restaurants, bars and grocerys within a few miles. The appartment is clean and because of the many windows really bright. There is no air condition, which was absolutesty no problem because of the two fans and the openable windows. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and also a really good coffee machine. Parking spot was available. David was really nice and we could check in earlier.“

„Tolle Lage und gut mit dem Auto vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Wir waren gegen 14 Uhr in der Anlage und durften nicht früher ins Appartement, obwohl die Reinigung abgeschlossen war. Aussage von der Dame am Checkin war das es der Besitzer freigeben muss, hatte dazu im Vorfeld bei David angefragt und er sagte das würde nur gehen wenn die Reinigung fertig sei. Aber halb so wild, hätten nur gern unser Gepäck abgestellt so mussten wir die Stunde abwarten bis sie uns die Schlüssel offiziell aushändigen ...

„Overall great experience. Easy check in and good communication with property management. The bathroom is in need of updating, one set of faucets didn’t work and the shower head shoots water out the door. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work but didn’t really need it. The vertical blinds were not operational so we just left them open the whole time. We would stay here again!“

„It was right across the street from the ocean with a view of the waves from the patio. Within walking distance of anything you may need and the room itself had all the equipment for a fun day at the beach. Check in is at the Kona Islander Hotel lobby and you get the parking permit and directions to the parking lot after that. The room is a bit small for 4 adults/teens but it was doable without any issue. Definitely recommend it.“

„Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona ...

„Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.“

„This is a very outdated place, pretty rundown, and rude an in friendly management, 300 $$ for a 30yo ugly sofa bed .. don’t expect sand beaches it’s a fake and rocks allow no beach access. Avoid this place.“

„Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“
