Guests have full private access to the condo, including the lanai, in-unit washer/dryer, and all upgraded amenities. Free parking. You'll also have access to the oceanfront complex across the street, which features a pool, hot tub, business center, BBQ grills, picnic tables, tide pools, Da Poke Shack (famous Hawaiian restaurant), Da Coco Shack, and lounge areas. Free parking is included, and a trolley stop right out front makes it easy to get to downtown Kona.

Located right on Alii Drive, Kona Bali Kai #151 places you in the heart of Kailua-Kona’s scenic coastline. Across the street, enjoy tide pools, beach, and unforgettable sunsets. Walk to the famous Da Poke Shack for fresh local eats, or hop on the trolley out front for a quick ride to historic Kona town, filled with shops, restaurants, cafés, and oceanfront nightlife or head to Magic Sands Beach and Magics Beach Restaurant and Beach Shack about 5 minutes driving south. The area is peaceful yet close to everything—perfect for exploring the Big Island.
Getting Around:
Parking is free and easy on-site if you’re renting a car—highly recommended for exploring the Big Island. For local trips, a trolley stop is right out front, offering convenient rides to downtown Kona, local beaches, shops, and restaurants. Walking and biking along Alii Drive is also a great way to enjoy the ocean views and nearby attractions.
Other Things to Note:
This is a first-floor walk-up unit with no elevator, there are about 5 stairs to the unit. The split A/C in the living room keeps the space cool, and ceiling fans help circulate air throughout. The complex is divided by Alii Drive—your unit is on the mauka (mountain) side, while the pool, hot tub, business center, beach access, Da Coco Shack and Da Poke Shack are on the makai (ocean) side. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
