Sehr gute Lage, u Bahn Station sehr nah sowie auch schönes Einkaufszentrum mit foodcourt in 5 Minuten fussläüfig zu erreichen.

perfect stay in Hersey City

booked for one week, everything perfect. only our reservation wasn't cleared as we arrived. after a 15 hours trip a unprotect start, which was away as we entered the appartment. the view, the cleanliness and the equipment were convincing and perfect. thanks we will come back!

Great location, 5 min walk to PATH subway and light rail station is right behind the apartments, close to everything you need (stores, food, mall, etc.). I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was clean with plenty of room for my week long business trip. Will stay again nest time I trip to NYC/Jersey area.

This property is terrible, the pictures are nothing like what’s advertised. Zen suites are not helpful. They are stealing money from ppl and their policy is no refund BECAUSE THEY ARE DECEIVING PEOPLE. The place had a horrible smell, their was blood on the walls and sheets. Expedia should not be doing business with them

Amazing view of Manhattan. Good size apartment. We stayed in the slightly larger apartment with a fifth bed in the living area which meant we didn’t need to put away a sofabed each day - definitely worth the extra money. Blinds need repairing to ensure they close properly and knives need replacing. Good location close to Path, 10 minutes from Ferry terminal and few minutes walk to good supermarket and smallish shopping Mall.

PREPARE-SE PARA LIMPAR O APTO OU PAGAR 75 DÓLARES

Senti-me enganado. Nos dados da reserva, aparece a informação que a limpeza é limitada. Quando cheguei lá, descobri que eles cobram U$ 75,00 toda vez que limparem o apto. Se aparecesse nos dados da reserva esse valor para limpar o apto, JAMAIS teria feito a reserva. Argumentei com eles sobre esse desencontro de informação e eles foram INFLEXÍVEIS. Eu e minha esposa limpamos o apto, pois foi uma PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA e incorreta que a limpeza era limitada. Apesar da excelente localização, JAMAIS voltarei nesse ZEN SUÍTES.

Our flight got there at 1am and i called and emailed ahead of time to let them know. Very efficient and quick responses. They gave me my apt # with a lockbox code. Lockbox was by the door of the apt, you put the code and box opens to get the keys. Breathtaking view from our 40th floor corner apt. Beautiful clean safe neighborhood. Beautiful small park by the waterfront with Starbucks. Location: 6mins walk to path station to world trade center or to Mid Manhattan 33rd. Check which train you hop in! (We hopped to the 1st one that came by and found ourselves in Hoboken!). They have a screen downstairs that tells the paths schedules. Newport mall dining pavilion food court with several options for our large family whom each wanted different choice like kids wanted burger king, my teens got Chick-fil-A, we took Indian. Sandwiched btn Double tree and Westin and they fade in comparison to these amazing spacious apts. Grocery store walking dst and bought breakfast groceries shuff even made dinner once. Swimming pool and hottub with lifeguard. Pool tables for games. DO NOT loose your keys or lock yourselves outside. They'll charge you to reopen the door for you.

OVERT & BLATANT RACISM ALIVE & WELL HERE!

IT WAS THE MOST DEGRADING, FRUSTRATING, & BLATANT display of overt racism that I have EVER experienced. After paying the $993 price tag to stay here, my family (myself, my fiancee, my mother in law, and our 3 children) were were made to feel uncomfortable anytime we were outside of the apartment or used any of the communal amenities, & even had security called on us not once, not twice, but 4 times for "random checks" to ensure we were authorized to be in the building. Residents were not at all admonished about verbally threatening my 8 and 11 year olds in the pool if they splashed too much water or joined the other children jumping. When I intervened & pointed out the three 200lb+ men doing full sprint cannon balls with such force that one hit his face on the pool floor, the lifeguard gave the man a bandaid & called security for yet another "random check." Only this time we were forced out of the pool in order to present all of our room keys, confirm room information, & wait for security to verify that we had physically signed the log book upon arrival at the hotel. As though that wasn't enough, later the same night we were followed to & from the communal theater by first one & then 3-4 men, had security interrogate & intimidate my friend joining us, & just generally made to feel most unwelcome. No view, building, or amenity is worth the way this company, building, & residents feel comfortable treating people of color & more importantly, PAYING GUESTS!

Потрясающий вид на Манхеттен

Хорошие апартаменты, в целом все чисто и аккуратно, Мебель IKEA) поэтому Лакшери это не про них, но вид просто восхитительный. На метро до Манхеттен ехать 2 остановки 7 минут. Рядом торговый центр где можно позавтракать, район чистый и тихий, рекомендую всем кто хочет посмотреть NY , но не жить в суете большого города.

A little help checking in

I had issues checking in, and it took 30 minutes for them to figure out what room was mine. I really wanted to rest since I just got off a red eye, but once it was figured out, the stay was lovely. The view from this room was amazing!

Good unit cumbersome check in

Very nice and cozy unit. Checking process was cumbersome and they made me put a $250 deposit prior to checkin. Bathroom had mold in ceiling which I informed the manager about.

Jersey City Luxury 20 min to NYC!

This was an amazing stay! So nice to get out of a hotel room and have an actual studio. The apt is in a high luxury building, 3 blocks from Newport Path Train - which made my commute to Chelsea super easy. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy, super clean and had everything one would need, even a nice sized kitchen. A shoppers supermarket is located behind the building so super convenient as well. A nice welcome manual had everything you needed to know about the property, area as well as how to work the TV.

Not the room I booked.

Good view, good location. The check-in process is a little bit slow but ok. The main reason for a 3 star is because I don't think the room I received is the room I paid for. I booked the “panoramic two-bedroom apartment” (which is the best room option). However, the room i stayed felt like “deluxe two-bedroom apartment” by comparing the actual with the pictures online. Contacted the customer service about it but never heard back.

Great option if you need more than just a room

Apartment was nice and clean. I was able to get valet parking from the Double Tree in the same complex for $10/night. Great views for sure! The Path (subway) Newport station was a short walk and WTC was only 2 stops away.
