„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

„We had a fantastic trip at this property. Josue made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. He even helped plan a birthday surprise for us! Unfortunately, there was construction right beside our rooms, on the family selection side, which we didn't know about and was loud. Also, some of the dinner meals (Bamboo restaurant and the Nest) were not good at all and could be improved.“

„Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Lots of walking if that's what you want (10-14k steps in my case), but there are always golf carts ready to take you where you need to go. Food truck was really nice. Only improvement would be to the restaurant options, Salt & Thyme (international/Italian buffet) was a hit with my picky eater but it was only open the last 2 days of our 7 ...
