„The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! “

„The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„Newly renovated after last year’s storms. The apartment was roomy with a nice kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room area. Best was the pool and the availability of toys, chairs and towels. Close to Turtle Beach and the SCAT bus was free and convenient. Had dinner at Ophelia’s near Turtle Beach, the absolute best service and meals. Perfect place to stay while visiting Siesta Key.“

„The property is a good standard and in a good location approximately 10mins drive to siesta key beach. You need a car to get around. We had a good mix of visiting attractions and lazy days by the pool. The people that manage the property were quick to respond to what were minor issues raised. We enjoyed our stay.“

„House is lovely & spacious. I would give a higher rating were it not for our initial interaction with the central management company. Upon arrival the pool heat was 72. Per the contract, in April it should be 80 degrees. The weekend management company staff were very uncooperative, stating we would have to pay for them to turn the heat to 80. „We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and it was perfect. Felt more like a home and not a rental property. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were large and done well, Kitchen was very nice with everything you needed (fridge opens the wrong way). It felt like a wildlife sanctuary surrounded by large trees in the back yard.“

„This is a great location on the beach. Just north of the crowds of the blue lifeguard tower. 5 to 10 minute walk to the Village for shopping & restaurants. It was clean when we checked in. The beds were described as not in good shape on reviews-for years. We foolishly figured they had been replaced, but no. They were pretty unbearable.
