„Sehr schöne Anlage - durch grosse Renovierungsarbeiten konnte der schöne Innenhof leider nicht genutzt werden - ausserdem war das Frühstück in der Buchung mit inbegriffen, doch wir bekamen 2 Gutschriftkarten im Wert von je 10 Dollar für 2 unterschiedliche Bars wo wir frühstücken könnten - über 10 Dollar mussten wir alles selbst bezahlen. Die Differenz zwischen Buchung und Leistung ist sehr merkwürdig.“

„Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.“

„We received a call at approximately 9:36 stating that we were creating too much noise. We had a special needs child with and I can’t imagine we were being overly loud. Quiet time starts at 10 Pm as posted. We were located on the third floor and indicated we had a child with us. I travel to Beaufort once a month on business and will be looking for other options for lodging.“

„The house was clean and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The great room has a large TV and was comfortable. The host Stephen was quick to respond to a question that we had about the vehicle parking clearance below the home. Gentleman Pirate was perfect for our stay 12/28/25 - 1/2/26.“

„The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!“

„The place is very cute and clean. Great location! The owner is very responsive and friendly. There were some miscommunications between the cleaning staff and the owner regarding preparations for our visit, and some issues with the water heater, but both were resolved quickly. “

„This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often. Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us. The house itself is well laid out, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With 1 boy and 2 teenage daughters, this worked well. The girls had their own "wing" of the house.
