„The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. „Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. „We have stayed in this home numerous times. In fact, we do not even look for other properties when planning our Fripp Island week. The kitchen is wonderful and the open area nearby makes family time possible. MY favorite room in this lovely beach home is the sunroom just off the living room area. The home affords fabulous views of the dunes and the ocean ... and you are right next to the boardwalk! We love staying here and have already booked next summer's stay! “

„This was the most wonderful 4 days! 4 generations. We had plenty plenty of room. Downstairs was so great for the toddler family. No one could believe the beach access was so great. You felt like the waves were arms reach. King Tide was especially impressive. Fishing, crabing, shrimp and flounder from Gay's. Kitchen is AMAZING! Porches rocking chairs. Deer every day. „Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again.“

„The bungalow was very nice. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. The hostess responded quickly to my inquiries. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was small but manageable. There was very little silverware & what was there was cheap so I would recommend it be replaced and upgraded. The spiral stairs leading to the master bedroom was very tricky and with no handrails it was a detriment to the older guests.
