I feel they should be giving us our money back as we had to cut our stay short in town because an employee started threatening me about my service dog being with me at breakfast called me names used foul language at me and when I tried to show him my paperwork on my dog the laws on him he called me names and refused to even look at them he cause such a ruckus other customers got up and left but not before they voice their opinion to him then he blamed me saying it was my party he proceeded to use foul language and make threats. It was absolutely horrifying experience and is actually a felony what he was doing. My husband's was supposed to call back to you and existed the room stay till Monday night but due to this we lift right after this incident I did call corporate and I got in touch with the ADA as well for my rights being violated and the extant of his language and behavior toward me and my service dog. The ADA will be getting a full report of this. the room was not up to standards the bad was old it was extremely hard and the topper was worn out. The TV would freeze constantly through out trying to watch a movies. The cupboard door in front of the refrigerator was busted. the girl who checked us in put us in a room that she knew was not completely cleaned yet it was dirty !
