The unit provides easy access to public transportation and major highways, and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Your unit is located at 3404 Roseland street, in the heart of Montrose, a vibrant neighborhood in the middle of Houston.

Once you walk through the driveway on the left of the house, reach the Siena unit, make a right and will find the Bologna gate. Enter it, walk up the stairs on the left and reach the unit on the second floor.

Early check-in offered on availability, however, cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival, pending completion of cleaning.

You will have 1 bedroom and a sofa bed (see additional info in the other details section), and would fit easily 3 people.
Nearby, you will find many cafes and restaurants.

Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 10 minutes from downtown and Galleria.

Please consider that the sofa bed has a covered that needs to be removed, and then opened to obtain a full bed.
NO SMOKING
No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the shared patio.
If smoke is detected in the house at the time of cleaning, there will be a fine of $250 to cover the advanced cleaning and air treatment necessary to restore a healthy environment.

PARKING:
Street Parking only. Please do not park on the driveway or anywhere else in the property. Thank you for understanding.

PETS:
We love dogs 🐶 ❤️!
However, they also have to comply with some house rules.
They should stay on leash, and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after them.
Also, if we receive multiple reports of barking or loud dogs from other guests, we will, unfortunately, be forced to ask to leave the premises.
A partial refund will be provided based on the length of the stay if more than 3 days.
