„What a cute and immaculately clean little stay. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and even had some nice little surprises waiting for our arrival to enjoy during our stay. The view from the enclosed little sunroom was so nice on the mornings and the evenings. Her recommendations for food were also on point. “

„We coordinated our trip with friends staying at the KOA. This apartment was close enough to make meeting up for dinner/sight seeing easy. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood which we prefer over the noise of all the activity areas of the campground. The open room layout was fine for the two of us and the beach is within a sort walking distance.“

„This place was so cozy and cute, we loved the location. It was perfect for 2 people. The couch definitely needs replacing due to stains and just looking nasty. Whoever cleans needs to do a better job. We walked in to check out the place before bringing our luggage up and the floor was covered in sand… I get it you’re at the beach so some sand is perfectly ok but the amount I swept up was honestly disgusting. Also, the countertops had not been wiped off. You pay a cleaning fee, so I feel you ...

„This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. “

„My family and i enjoyed our stay and know for sure we will be back. We like that we had a rest room in the unit rhat we stayed. The people working at the property were very nice. We do wish the air conditioner unit had been cleaned. It was moldy and dusty. And some of us have allergies to mold. Besides that we loved our stay.“
