Unfortunately hurricane Erin forced us to evacuate, but Josh was SUPER communicative and helpful through out the whole process and more! There responsiveness was top notch and we will definitely be back and staying at their properties again!“

„We absolutely loved our stay here! The house had everything you could possibly need, and was just perfect for our 5 person group plus my dog. Pool was great, hot tub was great, and it was so nice to have that many bedrooms and bathrooms. Short walk to the beach or the sound, just as described. We would 100% stay here again!“

„We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. „Amazing sunsets and sound views from the back deck! The convince of the elevator for loading and unloading was a bonus since there are 3 floors. The house is beautiful and each room had its own bathroom which was great for our family which had 5 couples. The Beach access is a bit of a hike in the heat and not for individuals who can’t climb over sand dunes but there were plenty of beaches to drive to that had easier access. „The upstairs in a private home has been converted into a charming room with private entrance and a bathroom. Wonderful scenery from the private porch is very much like sitting in a treehouse. Lisa is a delightful hostess and has provided almost all the amenities of home. Everything from her own beautiful artwork on the walls to the bug spray on the table on the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.“
