"3 big hotels in one massiv komplex. Couple of floors re empty so you walk through a massive empty building. Nice rooms but the doors are not soundproof so you hear everything. The music in the floors playing from 6 am to 10 pm and it’s really loud. "

"Tolle Anlage ! Von unserem Zimmer ein traumhafter Ausblick auf den spektakulären Golfplatz. Den wir auch 2x spielten. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und für jeden was dabei. Hotel ganz überwiegend von Vietnamesen besucht. Einziges Manko : die riesigen Menschenmengen. Nach meiner Schätzung 2500 bis 3000. dadurch ergeben sich natürlich Engpässe zB beim Frühstück oder zu Spitzenzeiten im Pool. Das Hotel ist aber so gut organisiert, dass es nie wirklich Probleme gab. "

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Zeit in der Ha Long Bucht. Das Hotel hat uns eine Private Speedboottour organisiert und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank an Phat. Die Zimmer sind modern, gross und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Spa und Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr modern und das Personal sehr engagiert. Für uns wars eine gute Zeit in Ha Long."

"This hotel is not suitable for families with young children. There is loud music until midnight every day. The backside of the building is partly damaged. The carpark has no proper lightnings and is messed up with a lot of old stuff (motor cycling parking). Inside our apartment there have been a lot of ants. Generally this hotel has seen his best years already and need to be maintained significantly."
