„We had a great stay in the apartment/house which was situated in a large, but very green und friendly holiday park with houses und trailers. The infrastructure was perfect and included a reception, a small shop/cafe and pool area. Into the vivid town centre it was just a few minutes drive. It took only a little longer to reach the beautiful coastline, Anglesey and the Snowdonia national park. The apartment itself was relatively small, but for four just ok and the kitchen well equipped. „It had the WoW factor when we pull up the driveway. Easy access.. Had an issue with No TV remote and wrong WiFi code, but this was sorted within 10 minutes.. Good to know that any problems are easily sorted. 10/10. “

„Lovely little chalet in great area. 2 good sized bedrooms. We'd have preferred lighter duvets and the (small) double in the bigger bedroom but that's only our personal preference. Well equipped kitchen area. Lots of dvds and games available for use. Good shower. Lovely views on a clear day. Nice quiet site Communication excellent. Overall a really lovely stay and would definitely return!! Thank you “

„No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! “
