„The apartment was great for 3 couples as each room had a king bed. The apartment was clean, central and well suited our needs. With 3 lounges as well, enjoying cheese and biscuits in the lounge room with the fire on was lovely. Our only disappointment was some items weren’t there that would’ve been helpful for cooking ie sharp knives, tongs, more bowls, and there were no placemats.“

„We were very impressed with everything about this property. The check-in process was very thorough and easy to understand. We loved the keypad rather than having an actual key - made it easy for different guests arriving at different times. We had three other groups staying at Cypress Lakes at the same time and our villa was the best of all of them. And the view at sunrise with the balloons floating past was amazing. Would definitely book again if we were to stay in the Hunter.“

We originally booked directly with the Cypress Lakes resort and had issues with our room so we were able to book this property last minute and the team were very accommodating and understanding, saving our family escape and ended up in a much nicer apartment. The kids had a wonderful time!“

„Das Hotel ist eine Appartement Anlage mit allem Komfort. Der Pool im The Vintage ist in unseren Augen leider etwas klein geraten, aber man hat die Möglichkeit, im Mercure den größeren zu nutzen. Alles in allem für jedermann geeignet“
