Communication was perfect leading up to our stay and we got the chance to be welcomed by Fayanna and meet the cute dogs. The location is perfect for exploring. Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. Finding someone at reception was tricky too, and it would be good with a mobile number was on clear display at the front desk.“
