We stayed in Lodge 1. When I received the email to pay the deposit to gain access details, this is when I became unsure if I'd picked the right place to stay. They asked for ID confirmstion. Then I needed to sign an agreement, but the link for the agreement went to a link to a page not available. This made me concerned. I sent to accommodation a message, no reply. I rang the number, on hold for 10 minutes then it hung up. I then read some bad reviews and I contemplated trying to cancel. Despite my concerns, I went ahead and paid the deposit and hoped for the best. The property was in a quiet spot. The rooom, whilst dated (which you can see in the pictures when booking) was spotlessly clean. We found the bed great to sleep on (but we like a firm bed) Received our deposit back in 7 days. I would have given a higher rating, but the booking system is very dated and let the property down, especially with the lack of communication.
