„Had problem with the sound on the TV, remote was very basic and did not operate the sound at all. this had to be done by finding the button on the back of the TV and scrolling through the menu to select up and down. Foxtel box did not work at all either, would only switch on but no more functions available. Also, would have been easier to access with a keycard once accessed rather than having to refer to a text message to gain entry into the property each and every time“
