Broom but no dustpan. Appliances old and very basic except for microwave. The place was very reasonable, but if you are looking for comfortable beds, furniture that didn’t come from thrift store I’d spend some extra money for a nicer place. „Clean, spacious and nicely renovated. Fit our family of 5 easily. Having a designated parking space is very useful. The location in the historic district is convenient and we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are stairs up to the apartment, which only mattered when bringing up heavy luggage.“

„This is truly a retreat! Quiet and comfortable. Lived the outside decks! One perfect for a meal and morning, the other for relaxing in a rocker. The two bedroom spacious with comfy beds and having TWO full bathrooms was perfect! The open kitchen, while petite, was well appointed making cooking easy while staying engaged in the conversation. Great location to explore history, hiking and the many restaurants and stores in Helen and Sautee Nacoochee. Highly reccommend!! “
