The hosts provided all needed information both through messages and signage in the property. It was very clean and well-appointed.The air-hockey table was a big hit with the grandchildren. "Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal. Leider ist bei der Übertragung der Buchung von Hotels.com auf das Hyatt was schief gegangen. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht. War dann doch fein für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es ist etwas hellhörig. Über die Lüftungsschächte sind Hotelnachbarn zu hören, wenn sie laut lachen und reden. Auch bis in die Nacht hinein 😂 Ich empfehle dieses Hotel."

"Terrible customer service experience. After requesting many times for the invoice I was informed I would receive it by e-mail. Now, after trying their customer support and calling the branch I still don't have my invoice and the deposit has not yet reimbursed, 2 weeks of waiting and nothing... Don't fall for scams, avoid this one."
