„The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. „Conveniently located but close to train tracks so when the train comes through it is pretty noisy. Otherwise this worked really well for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Only suggestion I have is to add a frying pan to the kitchen for guests to make breakfast. Host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.“

„The bunkhouse was what we were looking for…a place similar to a hotel without being in a hotel. We stayed for a bball tournament. Having our own washer/dryer was extremely helpful. The amenities of our own kitchen was also helpful. My only recommendation is to have a small dresser to store some clothes for the couple of days we stayed. Beautiful area, and we appreciated the little baskets of helpful hygiene products-small things that could be forgotten while packing. Hospitality was top notch! ...

The check in/out was very easy and we loved the two separate locations as we had a large group with us and split up between the first and second floor.The two minor complaints are for cleanliness and condition of the front door. „This condo is beautiful, I wish we had known there wasn't an elevator. Carrying our luggage up the stairs was a lot but manageable. The inside was very clean. I don't believe the water had been ran in a while as we had to run all faucets for about 10 minutes until they weren't cloudy. Not a big deal though💕 The beds were comfortable. The only suggestion is to add another curtain closest to the kitchen cabinets so the windows can be closed completely for privacy. Would definitely stay again! “

„We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain.
